While we take reasonable steps to ensure that all AI-generated, enhanced, or edited images accurately reflect the actual product, minor variations may occur, including but not limited to differences in colour, texture, drape, fit, proportions, lighting, background, model appearance, styling, and overall presentation.
The use of AI-generated or enhanced imagery does not alter the actual design, craftsmanship, materials, embellishments, colours, features, or quality of the products offered for sale. Product descriptions are provided for informational purposes only and should be read in conjunction with all available product images.
Original product photographs are available and may be provided upon request. Customers who require additional product information or original product images before purchasing are encouraged to contact us prior to placing an order.
We do not warrant or guarantee that the appearance, colour, fit, texture, proportions, or quality of any product purchased by you will exactly match the images, photographs, renderings, AI-generated representations, or other visual content displayed on our website, social media channels, advertisements, or marketing materials.
As many of our products are handcrafted or artisan-made, slight variations in colour, embroidery, embellishments, stitching, patterns, sizing, and finishing may occur and should not be considered defects.
All product descriptions, specifications, pricing, availability, and other information are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and to limit the sale of products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Adishee reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until Adishee confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as Adishee may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted. In the event that we do not accept, make a change to, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made.
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.
SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. Unless otherwise expressly stated, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs or import charges.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery to the address specified in your order. Title to the products remains with Adishee until full payment has been received.

The Services, including but not limited to all trademarks, trade names, brands, logos, text, product descriptions, displays, images, photographs, AI-generated images, graphics, artwork, product reviews, videos, audio content, website design, layout, selection, arrangement, and other materials made available through the Services, are owned by Adishee, its affiliates, licensors, or content providers and are protected by Australian and international copyright, trademark, intellectual property, and other applicable laws.
These Terms permit you to use the Services solely for your personal, lawful, and non-commercial use. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, copy, publish, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, upload, transmit, store, sell, license, exploit, or otherwise use any material from the Services without our prior written consent.

You must not use, reproduce, imitate, or exploit any such intellectual property without our prior written permission.
The Shopify name, logo, product names, service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks or intellectual property of Shopify and are used in accordance with applicable laws and agreements. All other names, logos, product names, service names, designs, images, and slogans appearing on the Services are the property of their respective owners.
Where AI-generated or digitally enhanced images are used within the Services, all underlying intellectual property rights in the products, product designs, original photographs, branding, and associated content remain the property of Adishee and/or the respective rights holders. The use of AI technology does not grant any right to copy, reproduce, modify, redistribute, or commercially exploit any content appearing on the Services.

The Services may contain materials and hyperlinks to websites provided or operated by third parties (including any embedded third party functionality). We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of any third-party materials or websites you choose to access. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Adishee.
