Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. You must provide:

  • Clear photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging
  •  Un-cut parcel opening video showing the condition at the time of opening. (The parcel opening video helps us process your request faster and ensures transparency)
  • After review, we will offer a replacement or store credit where applicable
  • We take great care in packaging all orders to minimise damage during transit
