Orders are not processed, packed, or dispatched on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Within Australia
We offer shipping Australia-wide.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

International Shipping

Delivery Delays

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
If an incorrect address is supplied and the order has already been dispatched, Adishee is not responsible for any loss, delay, or additional shipping charges incurred.
Any costs charged by the carrier for redirection, return, or re-delivery may be passed on to the customer.
Lost or Stolen Parcels
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery responsibility transfers to the carrier.
If tracking confirms successful delivery, Adishee is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing parcels.
Customers should contact the carrier directly and lodge any necessary investigations or claims.
We will provide reasonable assistance where possible.
Damaged Parcels or Items
If your parcel arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
To assist with any investigation, customers must provide:

A continuous 360-degree video of the unopened parcel being opened and inspected
Failure to provide the requested evidence may affect our ability to assess the claim.
